Agiledi© ("agility") Bringing agility to electronic data
Our expertise is in the simple edi format. We assist companies with implementing a system which allows them to simply transfer their data electronically. This is our Agiledi Process©.
Most industries allow their edi data transfer to be in a simple format such as .csv. And they provide transfer software or websites that allows the data (.csv file) to be automatically and securely transferred electronically over the internet.
Agiledi© provides the very beginning piece to the edi process. We help our clients prepare the data for these electronic transfers. Though each industry or government agency requires different files and formats, in general our steps are as follows:
• Research the industry's file maps, specifications and format requirements
• Via business analysis learn the operations and procedures of our client
• Using a query tool, develop file templates, customized to their operations
• Train our client on execution
• Automate the data sending if our client desires
The detail inside these steps depends on the industry or government agency. No matter the scenario, we handle the entire project from the initial inquiry through the production release. We assist our clients with every in and out of the implementation, allowing them to lean on us for the expertise we provide in every scenario. The Agiledi Process© is not complete until everyone is 100% satisfied and has signed off on its accuracy.
Agiledi's History
